Just the facts

Hi to anyone who may have taken the time to read this.  I stopped smoking in 2008 and started eating. Eating alot! When I had stoppd smoking I had already put on more weight then I would have liked. I have always been one to munch all day and night. But the older Im getting the harder it is to get away with these habits. I love food, I can really pack some away let me tell you! Im trying to break these bad habits : eating  non stop (seems like no matter how full I am I can still shovel food in!), eating huge portions fit for a man of 7 ft tall 300lbs! Eating bad food choices (cookies, chips, fast food, fried foods, yummy ice cream, oh my gosh I could go on and on! ) I love to walk and do so at LEAST a few times a week but really shoot for everyday. One big problem is I take in way more calories everyday then I could ever possibly burn! Im hoping being part of this will help me get a grip on my unhealthy life style. Any support I can get would be awesome!  I would also like to return the favor and help support others in their quest. Im also still trying to get the ins and outs of this web site down so any help I can get there would be welcome!
